Frequently asked questions

Practical answers about arrival, documents, provider procedures, accessibility and technical issues.

01What happens if I arrive late?+

Late candidates may not be admitted and the examination fee may be non-refundable under the relevant provider’s rules. Please arrive 15–20 minutes before the scheduled start time.

02Can I reschedule or cancel my examination?+

Rescheduling or cancellation is managed through the relevant examination provider’s account or registration channel and is subject to that provider’s deadlines and conditions.

03When and how will I receive my results?+

Timing depends on the examination. For many computer-based tests, a preliminary result may be available immediately, while an official certificate or result is generally published in the candidate account within 2–14 days.

04What happens during an air-raid alert or technical failure?+

The session is paused and the candidate’s progress is recorded. If the interruption is prolonged, candidates may be offered free rescheduling to another day in accordance with the relevant provider’s rules and the circumstances of the incident.

05Which documents are required for on-site check-in?+

Bring a valid original photo identification document. Depending on the examination, this may be an international passport, national identity document or driving licence. Always follow the requirements in your appointment confirmation.

06May I bring water or personal belongings?+

Personal belongings, including water, food, bags and electronic devices, must be stored as instructed in the individual storage area. Permitted-item rules depend on the relevant examination provider.

07How do I request special arrangements?+

Submit an accommodations request 14–21 days before the examination through the Centre’s contact channel or during provider registration, together with the supporting medical documentation required for review.

08What should I do if a technical problem occurs during the test?+

Raise your hand and notify the proctor immediately. Technical issues recorded during the session may support a subsequent procedural appeal.
